2025 EMPLOYEE BENEFITS ENROLLMENT

ENROLLMENT IS OPEN UNTIL 11:59pm EST ON JANUARY 30

ALL EMPLOYEES MUST COMPLETE THEIR BENEFITS ENROLLMENT


Setting up your Employee Navigator Account

You will need to set up your Employee Navigator account to begin your benefits enrollment. Here are the steps to set up your account and get started with your benefit elections:

  1. Visit www.employeenavigator.com/benefits/Account/Register
  2. Enter the requested information. *Your company identifier is thrushco
  3. Click Next.
  4. On the next screen, you’ll create your username and password. You can enter whatever username/password you want, as long as it meets Employee Navigator’s security requirements. Try to choose a username/password you can remember.
  5. Click Register.
  6. Your Employee Navigator account is now activated.
  7. Click Continue.
  8. Now login with the username/password you just created.
  9. Review the terms of use and privacy policy. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Accept and Continue.
  10. Review the welcome message. Click Continue.
  11. Review the HR message. Click Let’s Begin.
  12. At the top of the screen, you will see your Open Enrollment listed. Click the green Start button.
  13. From there, confirm your personal information, add dependents if needed, answer the enrollment questions, and make your benefit elections.

You have until the end of the day on Thursday, January 30, to complete your enrollment. You can login to the system at anytime during the enrollment window to review the benefit offerings and adjust your elections. Your enrollment will close in Employee Navigator at 11:59pm EST on 01/30.


If you fail to complete your enrollment before the end of the day on Thursday, January 30, you will not have benefits during the 2025-2026 plan year.
